Shipping policy
Product Transport and Delivery
- SBS S.p.A. accepts orders exclusively with delivery to the following countries: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden. In particular, orders with delivery to Livigno, Campione d’Italia, the Republic of San Marino, and the State of Vatican City will not be accepted.
- The shipment of ordered products will take place according to the method selected by the Customer from those available and indicated on the Website at the time of order placement. SBS S.p.A. uses express couriers, chosen at its own discretion, to ship orders.

From the moment the ordered product becomes available, shipping typically occurs within a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 working days. For products made through the personalization service, shipping will take place within a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 working days. In any case, the product will be shipped within 30 working days from the contract conclusion date.
- To avoid delivery issues and potential storage fees, the Customer is requested to provide a delivery address where someone is always available to receive the order.
- Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer or an authorized representative must verify that the contents of the delivered package match the order and the invoice sent via email. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancies in the number of parcels compared to the invoice must be immediately reported by adding a handwritten and signed note on the delivery receipt. Otherwise, once the courier's delivery document has been signed without any objections, the Customer can no longer raise claims regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods or the number of received parcels.
