Shipping and returns

Shipping is free for orders over €19.90 (for delivery within Italy) and €39.90 (for delivery within Europe).

Delivery times

Total delivery time is 2-4 working days.
This is calculated by adding the order preparation time to the shipping time.

Preparation times

Once your order has been received, it takes approximately 1 working day for processing and preparation.

Shipping times

Shipping within Italy takes between 1-2 working days (3-4 in the case of deliveries to Italian islands); in the case of delivery to European countries other than Italy, shipping normally takes between 3-6 working days.

Once the package has been prepared and processed at our dispatch center, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail and a code for tracking it.

Delivery costs

Within Italy:

Shipping is free for orders over €19.90.
For orders below €19.90, the cost is €2.50.

Within Europe:

Shipping is free for orders over €39.90.
For orders under €39.90, the cost is €7.
